Bonfire Night –
Saturday, November 7

David and Una Harrison have made the following kind invitation for all VJC membes and guests a Bonfire Night celebration, aka Guy Fawkes night . This is a great British tradition , a celebration of King James' escape ( along with Parliament ) from being blown up by gunpowder by Guy Fawkes and others. Our event will be a little milder, a firepit party with maybe a few sparklers and British bangers and your adult bevvies.

Come at 3:00 PM for tire kicking and garage touring. Bring something to share and a Jaguar to display on our big lawn.

We hope to have an outstanding turnout of members and their Jaguars for our remaining 2026 events.

VAJC Annual Meeting and Luncheon –
Saturday, December 5.

This year our Annual Meeting and Luncheon/Holiday Party will be at the Country Club of Virginia James River Clubhouse, 709 S. Gaskins Road, Richmond Virginia 23238 (804) 287-1330. A large private room overlooking the river golf course has been arranged for our meeting.

We will have a “state of the club” presentation by our President, review our activities in 2026, discuss possible plans for 2027, and elect officers for the coming year.

Our lovely buffet lunch will be partially funded by the VAJC, so that your cost will be limited to $20 per person (plus any alcoholic beverages you may choose to order). We do have to meet a food minimum and must provide the Country Club with a final guest count by noon on Monday, November 30. To make sure you don’t miss this special event, please RSVP to Carter Younger as soon as possible, but no later than November 27, 2026.
